“The tour guide was very pleasant but things could be improved, they did not have a snorkel for everyone, the goggles were extremely foggie, the boat had trash and was not very clean, the snorkel stops had no fish, a ton of people and was overcrowded. We ultimately went to see caves and it was nice to see the different areas.”

“My biggest piece of advice for anyone travelling to Gozo on this type of boat is to stay away from the back of the boat (or bring a change of clothes) I got soaked on the way over and it made the experience uncomfortable as the weather wasn't particularly warm. On the other hand our tour guide Michael was a complete gentleman and nothing was too much trouble. He even offered to give me his jacket which was very kind of him. We had a lovely day touring the island. Gozo is a beautiful place with lovely people. Michael is rightly proud of his home. We enjoyed a lovely lunch…”

“Driver didn’t meet us on time at the agreed meeting point with a sign with our name on it. We asked another co- ordination in the airport who contacted ( aswell as myself) our taxi company. He managed to track down the driver in the car park outside who appeared to be on his way into the terminal without a sign. This was about 10-15 minutes after we arrived- our flight was on time. The taxi company did respond to my message within a few minutes and the taxi driver was very friendly and got us to our hotel. Taxi company apologised for the delay and return journey was 5…”
