“We were scheduled for a tour at 1:30 PM. We received a call at 8:15 AM after getting into Port at 8 AM that our tour was at 8:30. They had switched us without us knowing or agreeing to an earlier time. We were still in our pajamas and weren’t gonna make an 815 tour when we got a call at 8:15. We are requesting a full return of our money”
